📦 Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• Carriers: We ship via USPS (or UPS for larger/heavier items). Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.

• Packaging: All items are carefully wrapped to protect your crystals during transit.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions (watch our page for updates!).

• International Shipping: Currently available to select countries; buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Please review sizes, weights, and photos carefully before purchase.

That said, we want you to love your order:

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

• Exchanges or refunds may be considered only in cases of incorrect or defective items.
